Refund policy

A return request must be submitted by email to info@maisonrosete.com, within 5 days of receiving the order to be considered. Please indicate the reason for return, and we will provide a return shipping label.

Garments must be unworn and unwashed, with all its original tags, labels and packaging intact. Should the product show any sign of wear, stains, damage or if tags have been removed, the return request could be rejected. Should this happen, the product(s) will be returned to the customer, free of charge.

All sale items marked as Final Sale on the product page are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
