Shipping policy

Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the customer’s location. Upon checking out, shipping options along with the approximate delivery date will be provided. Once the order is shipped, tracking information will be provided to the customer. Please be advised that our shipping timelines are estimates and could be impacted by carrier delays.

We offer complimentary standard shipping and returns* on orders over $150 within Canada.

For international orders outside of Canada, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on the customer’s country regulations. The checkout total covers the items and shipping fee; any additional fees required for customs clearance will need to be borne by the recipient.

ROSETE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In the unlikely event, the customer must resolve the matter with the carrier.
